Shipping Policy

Domestic (United States)

• All US orders qualify for free standard shipping — no minimum order required.
• Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Mon–Fri) typically ship same day.
• Standard delivery: 3–5 business days after shipment.
• Expedited (2-day) and overnight options available at checkout for an additional fee.

International

• We ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
• Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days depending on destination.
• Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our pricing or shipping charges.
• Delays due to customs processing are outside our control.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. If you haven't received a tracking email within 3 business days of ordering, contact us at support@pantheratletics.com.

Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll make it right.

To be eligible for a return:

• Item must be in original, unworn condition with no signs of use.
• Item must be in its original packaging (OPP mesh bag).
• Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery date.

How to start a return:

• Email support@pantheratletics.com with your order number and reason for return.
• We'll respond within 1 business day with a prepaid return label (US only).
• Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable on international orders.

Exchanges

Need a different size? We make exchanges easy.

• Email us with your order number and the size you need.
• We'll send you the correct size as soon as we receive your return (or simultaneously if you're in a rush — just ask).
• Exchanges for the same product in a different size are always free of charge for US customers.

Not sure about sizing? Check our size guide — measure your thigh circumference 10cm above the kneecap. When in doubt, size up.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, we'll replace it immediately at no cost. Email us at support@pantheratletics.com with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll ship a replacement within 1–2 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items showing signs of use, wear, or damage caused by the customer.
• Items returned outside the 30-day window without prior approval.
• Items not in original packaging.
